The 4th Quarter Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, 2025, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the office of Neighborhood Partners located at 4490 Castlegate Drive, College Station, TX 77845. Due to the inclement weather forecasted for Tuesday, the board meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
2025 Annual Dues Invoices
The 2025 Annual Dues Invoices were sent out last week. Annual dues have increased to $240.00 for 2025 and are due in the Association Office by January 31, 2025 to avoid late fees. For more information, please refer to the 2025 Budget and the 2024 Committee Year End Letter.
Annual Meeting News
The Annual Meeting for Reatta Meadows Homeowners Association is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Seven Fifty Loft, 750 William D. Fitch, Suite 420, College Station, TX 77845 (same place as last year). Registration begins at 6:45 pm and the meeting will start at 7:00 pm. The street address is on Fitch, but the building actually faces Greens Prairie Road.
Please look at the 2024 financial statements under the "HOA/General Community Documents/2024" tab. If you aren't able to make the meeting, please be sure to check the community website the following week for the results of the election and the meeting minutes.

If you are considering running for a board position in the upcoming election, please complete the Candidate Application form - 2024 Candidate Application All applications are due in the association office by Thursday, August 29, 2024.
If you would like to submit a topic to discuss for the upcoming annual meeting, please complete the form - Topic to Discuss Form Your attendance at the annual meeting is required in order for your topic to be included on the meeting agenda. Topic forms are due in the association office by October 1, 2024.
